What Happens Here

  • Dry vocals in our dedicated vocal booth. Or massive drum sounds from the live room. The combination of acoustically perfect rooms gives us industry-leading audio capabilities and full flexibility to isolate either instruments completely or “embrace the bleed”

  • We cater or a wide variety of clientele and projects. Drums are set up and taken down many times throughout the week, and full setup changes from bands to podcasts to solo artists happens daily. If you have a vision for how you would like our space configured, we are happy to execute that vision.

  • Out with the hospital-like, stale commercial studio environment and in with the vibes. Comfy furniture, lots of greenery, fresh aromas, and configurable spaces, we can run cozy control room music sessions or loud chaotic bands all with an aesthetic, inspiring flair.

Hey y’all!

In March 2025 we took over the former Charleston Sound space, rolled up our sleeves, and began turning it into Sound Farm — a creator-first recording studio for Charleston and creative minds everywhere.

We kept the acoustically designed architecture and rebuilt the rest with today’s artists in mind: a welcoming live room, two iso booths, a control room you can actually create in, dedicated VO/podcast spaces, and cozy corners where ideas show up unannounced. It’s a studio, yes — but also a place to share ideas, experiment, film, and finalize your work.

We work with singers, bands, podcasters, filmmakers, brands, and anyone in the creative community who just loves making things. Bring your song demo and cook it up with us. Come for a single-song vocal session, podcast day, or book a day to bring your band in. Either way, you’ll get clear communication, a relaxed vibe, and deliverables that make the next step easy.
